Onvye – TukTuk Play

At Onvye, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying experience with TukTuk Play. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding subscriptions and payments.


1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your TukTuk Play subscription at any time.

Upon Cancellation

Continued Access
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium content and features until the end of your current billing cycle. There will be no immediate interruption of service.

No Refund for Partial Periods
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the next billing date.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription by:

  • Visiting your account settings within the app, or

  • Contacting our support team at info@tuktukplay.com

Please ensure you complete the cancellation process properly to avoid automatic renewal charges.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Eligible Cases

Accidental Billing
If you were charged due to a technical issue or duplicate transaction, please contact us immediately at info@tuktukplay.com.

Unauthorized Transactions
If your account was used without authorization, notify us within 7 days of the transaction date for review.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after subscription purchase

  • Dissatisfaction with available content (unless the service was defective or significantly misrepresented)

  • Failure to use the service after subscribing

  • Failure to cancel before renewal


3. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Payment date

  • Transaction ID (if available)

  • Reason for your refund request

Step 2: Verification

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank


4. Free Trials

If TukTuk Play offers a free trial:

  • You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged

  • No refunds will be issued if cancellation is not completed before the trial expires

We recommend setting a reminder before your trial ends to prevent unwanted charges.


5. Policy Changes

Onvye reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.

If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of TukTuk Play after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
